Maintenance Contracts

A TAG Maintenance Contract is a great choice to improve the efficiency of your equipment and reduce the down time caused by any potential equipment failure. Whatever maintenance contract you choose gives complete reassurance that your kitchen will run smoothly. We can offer Fully and professionally-serviced equipment with guaranteed reduction in breakdowns and down-time and full certification on all gas and electrical equipment in line with current regulations.

Service Engineers

Our engineers are trained to industry, and our own professional company, standards, regularly attending manufacturers’ training courses to ensure they keep up-to-date with the latest products and repair procedures. TAG’s engineers are employed directly by us, are fully conversant with current health and safety regulations and are CSCS qualified. We have specialist engineers that cover all types of commercial catering equipment including: Warewashing. Gas Equipment, Bratt Pans, Induction, Microwaves, Vac Pac Machines, Combination Ovens, Refrigeration, Welders and more.

Spares

With years of experience servicing a whole range of equipment for customers across the varied sectors in foodservice we have the right stock in the field, on engineer’s vans and in our warehouse to guarantee exceptional first fix rates.
We also have strong links with Europe and can source parts direct from manufacturers, instead of going through third party suppliers. This is particularly invaluable when parts need to be sourced for non-standard equipment that may be old, custom-made or unbadged.
